WHO WILL BE ATTENDING?
We are expecting 200 professionals who specialise in Human Genetics research, clinical application and diagnostics. These will include medical scientists, pathologists, clinicians specializing in genetics, genetic counsellors, molecular researchers and postgraduate students, amongst others.

Social Events:
The following social events have been organised for delegates.
- Sunday, 6 October 2013: Welcome cocktail party in exhibition hall - Additional tickets price: R200
- Monday, 7 October 2013: Casual Dinner – R300 per person for additional tickets
- Tuesday, 8 October 2013: Gala Dinner – R400 per person for additional tickets
All social events include access to the social event, a meal, limited drinks (cash bar will be available for additional drinks) and entertainment.

Standard: Book and pay after 31 August
NOTE: Anyone who does not arrive at the conference and does not cancel in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the conference will be liable to pay their registration fees.
Terms & Conditions:
- Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
- Payment is due prior to the start of the Congress.
- An invoice with the Congress bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of your registration. Please make payment once you have received this invoice to assist us with identifying your payment in the Congress bank account.
- Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and been identified in the Congress bank account.

- Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegates being paid for, with their unique pin numbers. (Name, Surname, pin number).
- All payments must be made payable to Southern African Society for Human Genetics (SASHG)
- Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
- Registrations will close on Tuesday 1 October 2013.
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat.
- Cancellations received before 1 September 2013 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations received between 2 September and 20 September 2013 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 21 September 2013.
- All refunds will only be issued after the Congress.
NOTE: Delegates who do not cancel in writing by 21 September and do not arrive at the Congress will be liable for the full congress registration fee. If fees have been paid, no refund will be issued.
